The weekend ended quite well, as I was down this morning, the first weigh-in after a weekend day where that has happened in a while. It helped that I only had two meals, and was able to brave the cold to get a 20 minute walk in. I still have two days, including a day off from work today, to erase the increase that remains from the weekend, but I'm glad about the result nonetheless.
Now that we're closing in on five weeks until the hike, there's still a bunch of things to figure out before we take off. I figure as time goes on I'll have more to talk about. So stay tuned, as things are going to get interesting.
